Pulse Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Site Development to lead site identification, qualification, activation, and enrollment-support for IDE and post-market programs.

The role works with investigators, coordinators, physicians, nurses, and hospital admins to establish strong site relationships and ensure study execution. The candidate will lead feasibility assessments, develop site-specific engagement plans, and address operational barriers impacting activation and enrollment,

Qualifications

Experience in medical device clinical trials and clinical research.
Knowledge of site management, activation, and enrollment.
Familiarity with cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, or interventional cardiology.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify clinical sites suitable for IDE and post-market programs.
Develop engagement and enrollment plans for sites; address barriers to activation.
Maintain relationships with investigators, coordinators, physicians and hospital staff.
Coordinate site initiation, activation, and readiness with internal teams and CROs.
Monitor site performance and escalate enrollment or safety concerns as needed.
