Job summary

Abbott seeks a Clinical Site Lead to drive study execution and operational excellence across cardiovascular therapies. You will manage site qualification, enrollment, and data collection while ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will train site personnel, support investigators and study teams, and collaborate with Abbott staff across operations and contracts to optimize trial performance. Travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; 1+ year cardiovascular trial experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, science, health science, nursing or related field preferred.
• Travel up to 75%, including international.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and maintain sites capable of start-up goals and data quality.
• Communicate with the Principal Investigator and site staff.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers and field staff.
• Train site staff on protocol requirements and technology.
• Coordinate site initiation visits and collaborate with Abbott staff.
