Ipsen is seeking a Senior Clinical Science Specialist to lead field-based engagement in the Allentown, PA region. You will drive regional performance, manage complex accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for strategic decisions that improve patient outcomes.

You should bring 8+ years in life-sciences with 5+ in rare/specialty areas and 3+ years in specialty biopharma sales. A patient-centric mindset and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years life-sciences experience, including at least 5 in rare or specialty areas, and at least 3 years in specialty biopharma sales.
• Ideal candidates have experience in GI and/or Hepatology.
• Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed objectives associated with assigned brands, including sales, share, and KPIs.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage geography and customer accounts with prioritization, reporting, and resource utilization.
• Develop professional relationships with customers guided by patient interests and Ipsen policies.
• Engage in in-depth conversations with physicians using approved resources and labels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer needs with urgency.
• Review and analyze market/customer data to support strategic planning.
