Job summary

GQR is seeking a field-based Commercial Biopharma Sales professional to own a territory in the United States, educating cardiologists and rheumatologists on the disease state, efficacy, and safety of a specialty biologic.

You will sit with nurses to teach reconstitution and injection, build advocacy with Thought Leaders, and partner with medical and payer field teams to drive launch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in biopharmaceutical sales.
• Experience selling and demonstrating a reconstitution and injection process.
• Documented success: awards, rankings, quota attainment.
• Cardiology experience: 2+ years in sales.
• Territory strategy built and executed for a new drug launch.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory: plan, target, and deliver.
• Educate institutional decision makers, cardiologists and rheumatologists on the disease state, efficacy and safety, administration, and patient services.
• Train nurses on reconstitution and injection process.
• Identify and build advocacy with Thought Leaders in the disease state.
• Maintain account profiles including formularies, payer policies, and patient services.
• Run peer-to-peer programs, small group discussions, and 1:1 meetings, both virtual and in person.
• Attend scientific meetings and maintain depth on disease state, competitors, and market dynamics.
