Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement research projects within the department. You will support Research Scientists and Project Managers, train staff on study protocols, and help manage budgets and reports for multiple studies.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a biological or related field, 1 year of project coordination experience, and familiarity with cGCP and IRB procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a biological/physical/social/clinical field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of current Good Clinical Practice (cGCP) and IRB procedures preferred.
• Ability to develop and track project budgets and study protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement research projects.
• Train Research Assistants on study protocols.
• Assist in development of budgets and tracking hours/expenses.
• Manage daily operational aspects of studies and IRB submissions.
• Support data collection, reporting and dissemination of results.
