Mass General Brigham is seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to oversee multiple clinical studies and supervise coordinators. The role partners with the sponsor, IRB, core laboratories, and site PIs across RAPP and ESNL programs at MGH/Brigham Health.

You will manage trial initiation, recruitment, and study start-up, develop SOPs, oversee data quality, and lead regulatory processes under single-IRB oversight. A Master’s degree is preferred and NIH/FDA collaboration is common.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of research-related experience with supervisory experience 1–2 years preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-site trials with NIH, FDA, or foundations.
• Strong data management and reporting skills (REDCap, MS Office, statistics tools).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple clinical studies and supervise study staff.
• Coordinate trial initiation, recruitment, and start-up timelines.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, study workflows, and data quality reviews.
• Regulatory lead for IRB submissions and continuing reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare program updates.
