Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a trial/project coordinator to ensure clinical studies are conducted in alignment with protocol, GCP, and sponsor standards. The role supports one or more trials, handles daily administrative activities, and collaborates with the Project Manager to streamline processes.

The position is onsite at 75 Francis Street with a 40-hour work week, focusing on site communications, regulatory documentation, and data management to ensure timely study milestones and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 1–2 years of research-related experience required or familiarity with EDC/CTMS (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate communications with sites to obtain relevant documents for the project/trial.
• Review and collect site regulatory documents for completeness before submission to Regulatory for final review/approval.
• Advise sites on protocol conduct and interpretation, ensuring issue resolution.
• Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems, project plans and study files.
• Prepare materials for internal and external meetings; draft agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to support trial processes and reporting to monitors.
• Facilitate implementation and ongoing improvement of department policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs.
