Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate CRM to supervise the clinical monitoring team and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and SOPs. The role combines team leadership with hands-on monitoring activities to deliver high-quality trial results.

You will allocate resources, guide CRA performance, and collaborate across functions to meet study milestones. A Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare field and 5+ years in pharma/CRO are required; oncology experience is strongly

Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO or related field.
Strong understanding of the drug development process and international standards (ICH-GCP).
Experience monitoring/trial execution and working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Oncology experience is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical monitoring activities and CRA team performance to ensure ICH-GCP compliance and quality.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, task assignment and performance evaluation of team members.
Support site audits/inspections and ensure CAPA follow-up for identified issues.
Strengthen site relationships and risk management for trial delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study milestones and provide guidance to team members.
