BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior CRA Manager to lead the Americas CRA staff and oversee monitoring activities in accordance with ICH-GCP and company standards.

You will drive resourcing, coaching, and performance management for CRA teams while partnering with CTOMs and CST to ensure delivery of study milestones. The role emphasizes leadership of CRA Managers, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration across clinical operations to optimize monitoring quality and site performance.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline with 8–9 years of Clinical Operations experience.
• 4–5 years of personnel and trial management experience, and 4–5 years of monitoring experience.
• Oncology global trials experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for efficient resourcing strategy within Americas region for CRA staff.
• Leads CRA Managers and oversees CRA personnel performance.
• Develops metrics and KPIs for CRA staff and monitors output.
• Oversees monitoring quality, including trip report turnaround, action item management, and data currency.
• Manages CRO relationships and communicates feedback to BeiGene study teams.
• Collaborates with CST and CTOMs to ensure timely study milestones and training assignments.
