Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex industry-sponsored trials across sites. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment performance while maintaining high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Must be able to perform blood draws, vital signs, ECGs where applicable.
• CCRC or CCRP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate study visit schedules and protocol activities with timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives for enrollment performance and engagement.
• Mentor junior coordinators and research staff on trial processes and sponsor communications.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP and SOPs.
• Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen handling as allowed.
• Maintain accurate study documentation (source records, consent forms, CTMS, CRFs).
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely response to sponsor/CRO data queries.
• Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory visits, audits, and inspections.
• Review safety reports and ensure timely investigator review and documentation.
