Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex studies from start-up to closeout. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment and data quality across sites in the US.

You will coordinate visits, lead sponsor communications, and maintain study documentation while supporting performance initiatives and patient safety across GI, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology trials.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science/healthcare required.
• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• CCR CCRC® or CCRP® certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored trials from study start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate complex visit schedules and protocol-related activities per timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment performance and patient engagement goals.
• Mentor and support junior coordinators and research staff on trial processes and sponsor communication.
• Conduct protocol-required visits, assessments, and essential procedures (vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy) as permitted by regulations.
• Maintain accurate study documentation, CTMS updates, and case report forms.
• Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Ensure data quality and timely resolution of sponsor/CRO data queries.
