• Coordinate visits and regulatory activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Mentor junior coordinators and staff on trial processes.
• Ensure source documentation, data entry, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
