The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Senior Clinical Research Director to lead TBICoE-related clinical research efforts.

This role plans and supports the execution of traumatic brain injury research, overseeing clinical protocols and translating findings to expand program capacity. Based at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC, the SCRD will work with DHA and DoD stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, budgets, and collaborations across

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in health/medical field; MD/PhD or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical/research experience in traumatic brain injury.
• 5–10 years of research output includes peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• 2–5 years of management experience preferred; DoD/VA experience preferred.
• Must maintain current license to practice in applicable US jurisdiction.
• Complete CITI and HIPAA training as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research from vision to findings distribution.
• Support implementation and evaluation of research programs and performance measures.
• Prepare grant/funding applications and manage vendor contracts and progress reports.
• Develop budgets and monitor protocol performance metrics; forecast budgets.
• Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.
