Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support a growing research department within a large private practice urology group in Virginia. You will work closely with the PI and Sub-Is on multiple studies, ensuring protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety.

The role requires coordinating a high volume of studies, training junior staff, and navigating regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple studies simultaneously.
• Knowledge of FDA and state regulations applicable to clinical trials.
• Ability to oversee training and support junior coordinators.
• Familiarity with CTMS, EMR, and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment of studies and protocol execution.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA requirements.
• Obtain informed consent and conduct study visits (screening, history, tests).
• Coordinate data collection and source documentation for visits.
• Manage adverse events reporting and protocol deviations.
• Collaborate with IRB, study sponsors, PIs, and regional managers.
• Support daily operations and policy implementation in the department.
