Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support a growing private practice urology research department in Virginia. You will coordinate multiple studies, recruit patients, schedule visits, obtain consent, and perform required procedures under the PI and Sub-Is.

The role requires FDA/ICH/GCP familiarity, HIPAA compliance, EMR experience, 2+ years of trial work, and strong communication with staff and sponsors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical trial coordination experience.
• Experience with urology studies is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH/GCP guidelines and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment of studies and coordinate protocol conduct.
• Obtain informed consent and conduct study visits (screening, history, exams).
• Maintain regulatory documentation and communicate with sponsors and IRB.
• Oversee data entry, CTMS use, and adverse event reporting.
• Collaborate with PI, Sub-Is, and study staff to ensure quality and compliance.
