Job summary

Headlands Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator for our newest site in Chandler, AZ. This onsite, full-time role reports to the Site Director and drives the conduct of research protocols with strong GCP adherence.

The Sr. CRC manages study activities from planning through closeout, coordinates visits and data entry, and delivers high-quality patient care to participants and sponsor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Experience supervising other employees preferred.
• Medical assistant or phlebotomist required.
• Commitment to deliver excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise protocols to ensure data integrity per GCP guidelines.
• Manage study conduct from planning through closeout.
• Oversee informed consent, visits, data entry, and query resolution.
• Manage Investigational Product and study supplies; support monitoring visits.
• Possibly supervise direct reports and support Investigator Meetings.
