Job summary

Headlands Research in Maplewood, MN is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Senior CRC to support the launch of our new de novo site in the Twin Cities. You will help coordinate site visits, patient matching, study portals, regulatory documents, and contract execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of delegated CRC experience, excels at stakeholder communications, and maintains tracking systems and QA processes to ensure compliant trial operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a delegated Clinical Research Coordinator for clinical trials.
• Experience coordinating site visits, patient matching, and regulatory documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to design and maintain tracking systems and QA processes.
• Comfort interfacing with cross-functional teams including BD, informatics, data structuring.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethics in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, sites and vendors.
• Design and maintain tracking systems and reports for patient matching and site activation.
• Maintain QA and tracking tools to ensure smooth study start-up and operations.
• Assist with drafting and formatting workflows, manuals and checklists.
• Support site operations and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine innovations and workflows.
• Adapt to business needs and learn new roles as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
