Job summary

TrialSphere Corp. seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to independently manage trials from start-up to close-out.

The role requires strong problem-solving, protocol implementation, and sponsor/CRO communication with strict adherence to ICH-GCP and FDA regulations. Expect to oversee visits, data integrity, and trial readiness while mentoring junior staff in a dynamic, on-site environment in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical research coordination experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple interventional trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage trials from start-up through close-out with activation, visits, and close-out activities.
• Prioritize daily to study-level workflows based on protocol requirements and site needs.
• Serve as primary operational contact for sponsors, CROs, monitors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Review protocols and visit schedules to implement site workflows.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to management/PI.
• Coordinate resources for visits including labs, imaging, and investigational product.
• Ensure source documentation and regulatory tracking are up to date.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections; keep studies inspection-ready.
• Train and mentor junior CRCs and research staff.
• Communicate updates and operational needs to Site Director and PI.
• Escalate major issues while resolving routine operational matters.
