Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years coordinating clinical trials
• Experience with study documents and regulatory forms
• CCRC certification a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent trials and serve as main sponsor contact
• Maintain study activity records, logs and regulatory forms
• Schedule volunteers and assess eligibility
• Communicate with Investigators, Lab staff, and QA
• Prepare source documentation and participate in audits
• Track enrollment and adverse events
• Ensure safety, privacy and regulatory compliance
