Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or graduate diploma preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of post-bachelor's research experience required.
• Strong data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up and regulatory activities, including protocols and IRB submissions.
• Maintain study documents and regulatory materials throughout the study lifecycle.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain participants; conduct study assessments and follow-up.
• Assist with manuscript preparation and dissemination of findings.
