Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston area seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to support complex aging and serious illness studies. You will oversee start-up, regulatory tasks, recruitment, data collection, and analyses while coordinating with investigators and stakeholders.

Hybrid work arrangement with primary site at 125 Nashua Street; 40 hours weekly. Strong data management and communication skills required; experience with REDCap/Qualtrics helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; graduate degree preferred.
• Related post-bachelor's degree research experience 3–5 years required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and data management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with data analysis and electronic data capture systems.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up activities including protocol development and IRB submissions.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and site activations.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain study participants; obtain informed consent.
• Conduct study visits and data collection while ensuring safety and confidentiality.
• Assist with manuscript preparation and dissemination.
• Train and mentor staff and coordinate with investigators and sponsors.
