Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a Sr. Clinical Research Accounting Specialist to support accounts receivable and payable for clinical research. The role includes leading junior staff, reconciling ERP/Oncore data, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple study sites.

The position emphasizes rigorous financial control, collaboration with research teams, and involvement in budget and contract governance within Dana-Farber’s research ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 4 years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Experience in management/mentorship preferred.
• MCA Certification within 1 year of hire.
• Experience with the clinical trials lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and ensures adherence to financial terms and conditions of Clinical Research contracts and budgets.
• Maintains accurate accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation files.
• Manages study financial activity across multiple disease centers in CTMS.
• Performs month end reconciliation of ERP and Oncore Financials data.
• Audits historical study financial activity and escalates discrepancies.
• Prepares study financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads and mentors junior Clinical Research Accounting staff.
