Job summary

Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to perform critical site management activities. You will ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and other regulations while managing site activities and collaborating with diverse teams.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%. The position offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Verify informed consent process for each subject.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and site management.
