Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate dedicated to monitoring clinical sites. The role includes responsibilities such as conducting site qualifications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting patient recruitment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The position may require up to 75% travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and a 401k plan.

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent education and training.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
