Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to oversee site management and ensure compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will perform site qualifications and act as a primary liaison with study site personnel.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN, alongside knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and excellent interpersonal skills. Benefits include competitive health plans and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, management and close-out visits ensuring compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process is executed and documented for each subject.
• Reviews site processes and ensures compliance with clinical data capture requirements.
