Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is looking for an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to manage site activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for site qualification, monitoring, and documentation of clinical research activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to manage significant travel demands. Join us in improving clinical research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, site management activities and close-out visits ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assess factors affecting subject/patient safety and clinical data integrity.
• Conduct Source Document Review and verify clinical data accuracy.
• Document activities as required per SOPs and Clinical Monitoring Plan.
