Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Verifies informed consent processes and ensures patient confidentiality.
• Documents activities via confirmation letters and follow-up logs.
• Manages site-level activities and communication to meet project objectives.
