Novartis AG is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a remote field-based role across an assigned geography. You will manage trusted site relationships, perform on-site and remote monitoring for Phase I–IV trials, ensure GCP compliance, and drive data quality while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires 80% travel, strong site management, and fluency in English. Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to bring innovative therapies to patients

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in site monitoring.
• Experience with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards.
• Strong understanding of the drug development process.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned sites and monitoring activities per plans.
• Conduct site initiation visits and ongoing training.
• Oversee on-site/remote monitoring for data integrity and patient safety.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely trial execution.
