Qualifications

• 3+ years of site monitoring experience.
• BS/BA degree in scientific/healthcare field.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and ICH/GCP.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Desirable: Cardiology, Oncology, CART, RLT & Immunology experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary site manager and main contact for site staff and Novartis.
• Support collaboration, milestones, and deliverables across teams.
• Monitor according to ICH/GCP and Novartis standards.
• Manage sites/networks conducting Phase I–IV protocols per plans.
• Conduct site initiation visits and provide ongoing training.
• Oversee on-site/remote monitoring ensuring data integrity and patient safety.
• Identify risks and raise issues; facilitate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study execution.
