Job summary

Novartis AG is seeking a Senior CRA for a field-based and remote opportunity within an assigned geography. You will manage trusted site relationships and perform on-site and remote monitoring to support the initiation, conduct, and timely completion of Phase I–IV trials in compliance with ICH/GCP and local regulations.

As a key contact for investigational sites, you will drive site performance, recruitment, quality and risk management, escalate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of site monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH, FDA/EMEA).
• Proven site management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Cardiology, Oncology, CART, RLT & Immunology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sites/networks conducting Phase I–IV protocols according to monitoring plans.
• Conduct site initiation visits and provide ongoing training for site personnel.
• Perform continuous on-site/remote monitoring for compliance, data integrity, and patient safety.
• Prepare and collect site- and country-level documentation.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Deliver high-quality site data to support Trial Monitoring goals.
• Collaborate with SSU CRA for seamless transition of site responsibility.
