Senior Clinical Psychology Researcher Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Cape Fox is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of a government customer. This position is contingent upon award.
Core Duties:
- Define problems clearly through data collection, research, and investigation of objectives and relevant criteria.
- Serve as the psychological SME to the senior research coordinator, preparing and maintaining test results, technical information, reports, and briefings, and providing evaluation, analysis, and recommendations for ongoing and proposed human performance research.
- Design strategic research plans in consultation with the senior research coordinator and 711HPW/RHB Research staff, assisting in planning research objectives.
- Coordinate with 711HPW/RHB Research staff regarding project goals, reporting, data collection strategies, and data analysis/interpretation.
- Identify additional questions, critique analysis elements, suggest alternatives, and recommend analytical techniques.
- Support the design and implementation of psychological interventions under OHC as the SME to the OHC PI.
- Provide support to the PRO Program research personnel and laboratory settings for RDT&E activities.
- Travel as needed for intervention implementation or data collection.
- Work with diverse and dynamic groups to complete assignments.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships within the division, directorate, 711 HPW, MAJCOMs, Air Staff, academia, business, and industry partners for coordination and support.
- Maintain relationships with principal investigators, program managers, researchers, and support staff involved in medical systems acquisition and human performance research.
- Support coordination and responses to organizational taskers, administrative requests, and interface with 711 HPW leadership and staff for the PRO Program.
- Serve as the Clinical Psychology SME for related research efforts within the division or its partners, as deemed appropriate by the OHC PI.
