Job Summary

Medpace is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates to join our team and accelerate your hematology/oncology career. We offer home-based roles with excellent compensation, benefits, including an equity/stock option program and additional bonus programs.

We provide a Certificate Program in Hematology/Oncology Monitoring, covering cancer overview, indications, treatments, and diagnostic criteria. Additional programs include medical device, rare disease, infectious disease, ATMP, and COVID-19.

Applicants should have experience monitoring as a CRA, study coordinator, or clinician, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field, at least one year of clinical research or relevant industry experience, ability to travel nationwide, and strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
