Job Summary

Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators to become CRAs through our PACE Training Program. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with at least one year of experience as a CRC who are interested in working from home and advancing their careers in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits for qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout per protocol
• Communicate with site staff and verify qualifications and resources
• Verify medical records and source documentation
• Perform risk-based monitoring activities, including remote reviews
• Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and regulatory documentation
• Assess patient recruitment and retention strategies
• Complete monitoring reports and follow-up actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or science field
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
