Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Project Manager for Beijing/Shanghai to lead interdisciplinary clinical research programs with strict GCP compliance. You will act as the main liaison between the company and customers, guiding projects from launch through closeout while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

You will mentor staff and coordinate multiple partners in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements and drug development.
• Experience in CRO environments and therapeutic areas preferred.
• Excellent time management, independent work style and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring GCP/SOP/regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers to ensure launch, conduct and closeout per contract.
• Direct clinical teams to maintain quality, timelines and budget delivery.
• Manage project deliverables across assigned projects or regions.
• Coordinate activities of conduct partners and proactively manage issues.
• Prepare management reports and develop risk mitigation strategies.
