You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee study timelines and budgets, and deliver project milestones with strong governance and sponsor communication. A track record of global trials and mentoring teams is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in PM/related field required.
• Extensive experience leading global clinical trials in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven track record from initiation through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and PM methodologies.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Cardiovascular clinical research experience preferred.

This individual will lead cross-functional clinical teams, oversee study execution, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a full-time remote opportunity supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across global clinical development programs.

Responsibilities for the Senior Clinical Project Manager include:

• Develop and execute project plans to ensure achievement of clinical study goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee day-to-day clinical project activities.
• Collaborate with sponsors, clients, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.
• Develop project documentation, reports, and study updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices across clinical programs.

Qualifications for the Senior Clinical Project Manager include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing global clinical trials within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Proven track record leading complex clinical research projects from initiation through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, clinical development processes, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and study deliverables.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with sponsors, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within Cardiovascular clinical research is highly preferred.

Compensation for the Senior Project Manager includes:

• Salary range: $165,000 - $175,000
