Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical research programs in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular domains. This full-time remote role supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients worldwide.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee study timelines and budgets, and deliver project milestones with strong governance and sponsor communication. A track record of global trials and mentoring teams is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in PM/related field required.
• Extensive experience leading global clinical trials in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven track record from initiation through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and PM methodologies.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Experience mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Cardiovascular clinical research experience preferred.
