You will oversee multi-regional trials, drive risk mitigation, manage budgets, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with business development on new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical research with 4+ years project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage global trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and risk proactively.
• Experience leading bid defenses and client engagements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-regional clinical studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans and ensure process consistency.
• Serve as primary liaison with sponsors with transparent status updates.
• Set direction for cross-functional teams and monitor milestones.
• Collaborate with Business Development on bid defenses and opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; drive CAPA actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support study execution.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, and quality metrics.
• Oversee change control and scope management with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and share lessons learned and best practices.
