Qualifications

• Requires >7 years in clinical research and ≥4 years in project management.
• Global trial management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies.
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans and SOP adherence.
• Serve as primary liaison with sponsors and maintain transparent communication on status, risks and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, and quality metrics and report updates.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
