Job summary

Diversus Health seeks an exempt leader to manage daily operations of In- programs, develop community connections, monitor fidelity to clinical care and evidenced-based practices, and promote accountable care across networks. This role drives staff development, cost containment, and program growth to improve outcomes for clients with complex needs.

The position requires Colorado licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD or PsyD), a valid dual license (LAC) preferred, and at least 3 years of leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PHD or PsyD), in good standing in the state of Colorado.
• Dual license (LAC) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare field in a leadership or management capacity preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care principles, best clinical practices, business and management theory and models.
• Experience in a complex, fast paced environment with significant customer interaction telephonically and/or in person.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and goals.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
