The role involves one-to-one client counseling, interprofessional collaboration, and ongoing treatment planning. Applicants should hold an advanced degree in psychology or related field, have 1 year of direct clinical experience, and possess a LCPC or LCSW license.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology or related field.
• 1 year direct work experience in the field.
• Current LCPC or LCSW license required.

Responsabilités

• Provides clinical program supervision in line with administrative rule and corporate policy for assigned programs.
• Counsels clients one-to-one to assist with mental health issues.
• Interviews clients, reviews records, and consults with other professionals to evaluate mental conditions.
• Plan and coordinate treatment with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refer clients and families to community resources as needed and ensure service efficacy.
• Provide clinical assistance to other staff and may provide consultation, evaluation, and treatment services.
• Attend mandatory trainings, in-services, and committee meetings.
