Job summary

Intermountain Children's Home seeks a Clinical Supervisor to support therapists and school-based supports in the Helena/Bozeman area. The role requires Montana licensure (LCSW/LCPC) and 5+ years of pediatric psychotherapy experience, with travel between Helena and Bozeman.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree qualifies for licensure to practice psychotherapy in Montana.
• Current Montana licensure as LCSW or LCPC for a minimum of three years; LCSW preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and school supports.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership Team to identify, evaluate, and integrate best practices and the treatment model.
• Evaluate agency-wide needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure new initiatives are effective and sustainable.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of clinical services by aligning program development with agency goals and values.
• Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration within teams.
