Job summary

Lyell Immunopharma is seeking an Associate Director or Director of Clinical Development Program Management to lead strategic and operational execution across one or more clinical programs from early to late-stage trials. You will partner with Core Team Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical project/program management experience; oncology/cell therapy exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical program manager for one or more development programs, partnering with Core Team Leads to translate clinical strategy into executable plans.
• Drive alignment on scope, timelines, budgets, and risk across cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end project management infrastructure including timelines, critical path, forecasting, vendor oversight, and risk registers.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and pre-submission activities as needed.
