Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/healthcare field; MS/PhD/PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in clinical project or program management in biopharma/biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams with accountability.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end drug development, GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions (BLA/NDA/MAA).
• Experience in cell therapy, immuno-oncology, or oncology drug development.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams to translate clinical strategy into executable plans.
• Maintain integrated timelines, budgeting, risk logs, and sponsor-wide governance.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and pre-submission activities with Regulatory Affairs.
• Establish executive-level status updates and drive PM tool adoption.
