Qualifications

• 14+ years of clinical project management experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience building, training and leading CPD/clinical project management teams.
• Expertise in study timeline development, enrollment forecasting and risk management.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-study portfolios in pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA governing frameworks.
• Ability to lead global clinical trials across Phases I–IV.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Immunome’s clinical trial delivery portfolio.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of project delivery leads and PMs.
• Design training on timeline management, enrollment forecasting, risk identification, and best practices.
• Oversee study timelines, enrollment graphs, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, milestones, vendor KPIs, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across trials.
• Support regulatory submissions and health authority interactions as needed.
