Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (scientific or health-related field preferred).
• 5+ years clinical research experience or relevant field experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
• Onsite in Stamford, CT or Indianapolis, IN with relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver milestones on trials.
• Develop and manage local, regional, and global clinical trial plans and budgets.
• Coordinate ISSTs/ASTs and oversee CRO performance.
