Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. This sponsor‑dedicated role is remote in the US and requires ownership from start‑up to closeout, leading cross‑functional teams and driving study execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience within clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start‑up through closeout.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b studies in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to drive study execution in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start‑up through database lock and closeout.
• Independently manage day‑to‑day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain deep operational awareness across all aspects of the trial and work in the weeds when needed.
• Ensure study milestones stay on track in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Partner cross‑functionally to identify risks and implement operational solutions quickly.
• Lead vendor management activities with external partners and CROs; oversee performance.
• Mentor or support junior team members; operate within a matrixed global environment.
