Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Pharmacist to coordinate and implement Clinical Pharmacy Services, ensuring daily delivery of optimal patient care. The role focuses on promoting safe, cost-effective medication therapy and improving patient outcomes across the team.

Preferred candidates have a PharmD (or BS in Pharmacy) with a current state license and at least 3 years of pharmacy experience. PGY-1 residency and Board Certification are pluses.

Qualifications
