Job summary

Mercy is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to coordinate and implement Clinical Pharmacy Services, ensuring daily delivery of optimal, cost-effective medication therapy and advancing patient outcomes in line with Mercy standards.

Requires BS or PharmD, 3+ years of experience, and current pharmacist license; PGY-1 residency and Board Certification are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practice.
• Current pharmacist license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Clinical Pharmacy Services daily.
