Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. You will serve as a drug information resource and provide evidence-based recommendations across the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school.
• Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Two+ years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• PGY-1 Residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate medication orders for safe, effective therapy.
• Assess patient conditions and medication regimens for optimization.
• Develop individualized treatment plans while minimizing adverse effects and interactions.
