Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD/PharmD/MD) required.
• Substantial experience in human clinical pharmacology, PK/PD modelling and model-informed drug development.
• Experience contributing to regulatory interactions or submission documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to progress infectious disease assets through development.
• Apply PK/PD and modelling principles to support efficient clinical development and lifecycle management.
• Characterise dose–exposure relationships and support dose selection recommendations.
• Develop and apply population PK/PD and exposure–response models and conduct simulations for trial design.
• Present modelling strategy and model-based evidence to governance boards and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, and regulatory teams to advance development.
• Remain hands-on with quantitative analyses while providing strategic scientific leadership.
